What to know and bring about your appointment
On initial consultation we provide expert advice and solutions to suit your individual heart problems. We pride ourselves on our expertise, excellence and high standards.
What to bring:
- A letter of referral from your GP or specialist
- Medicare card
- Pensioner concession card
- Provide health insurance membership card and details
- Any past test results and reports which may help doctors investigate
- A current list of medications
We accept cash, EFTPOS, or credit card. If Medicare has your bank details, we can process your Medicare rebate refund for you.
